Greetings! I'm Carmen, the creative mind behind carmEle Español Online. My passion is teaching Spanish and sharing Spanish culture. Join me on this exciting linguistic and cultural journey.
Who I am
I was born in Cádiz (Spain), a small city in the south of the peninsula that I am in love with, well known for its climate, beaches and of course for the Carnivals. But I currently live in Madrid.
I have specialization as a Spanish teacher for foreigners (master) and I'm examiner of DELE of the Cervantes Institute of all levels (A1, A2, B1, B2, C1 And C2, and Schoolchildren) and preparer of SIELE. (Official qualifications from Spain)
I have dedicated myself to the training of adults as Business trainer and Career Counselor and also working in business administration, as an Administrator.
After several family and personal changes I began to prepare to teach Spanish and dedicate myself to my true vocation: TEACHING. From the year 2015 I dedicate myself exclusively to teaching Spanish to foreigners, online and in person, and I also collaborate in the Immigrant Inclusion project with the Red Cross.
I am delighted to be able to help you achieve your goals and teach you my culture.

Methodology
Learn useful, real and fun Spanish
The majority of my students are people who want to learn Spanish to live in Spain, because they have retired, because they work here or because they want a useful and real Spanish.
To achieve this I use a methodology in which all aspects of the language are integrated, grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary acquisition…All this to improve your communication skills in real situations.
We can use manuals, videos, songs, readings and even real material, anything that helps us improve your communication skills and make you feel safe when you use Spanish. That's what it's about.
